    • Scanning the photos for ID Card and Send  print and maintaining the Records

     

    •  Maintaining Lost and Found Register

     

    • Maintaining Access Card Register (BMS)

     

    •  Maintaining Runner Key Issued and Surrender Registers

     

    • Maintaining DVD Requisition Form, Access Card templates & Folders

     

    • Maintaining Camera, Lost and Found Materials instead of Admin Coordinator

     

    • Coordinate with Client, Board Team,Soft Service Team, O&M Team

     

    • Maintaining Follow up Register in Daily Basics and give the follow up clearly to our colleague

     

    • Maintaining Snag List

     

    • Maintaining Admin Helpdesk Record Sheet in Daily Basics

     

    • Maintaining Daily and Monthly Report

     

    • Maintaining Night Rounds Report and Remedy Reports

     

     

    Mails Handling

     

    • Mails are addressed and replied based on the requirements of the clients

     

    • Clear confirmation is sent if the request is valid

     

    • Mails to be closed once the issue has been resolved

     

    • Approval mails are requested from the Associate level for Celebration, Order any gift materials, Access Card, Business Card, DVD Requisition etc.

     

    • Forward the mail to correct and concern Team and get Feedback from them and replay to the Associate

     

    • A/C & Electrical request mail from the Associate should forward the mail to Shift Engineers Team and get Feedback and then Reply to Associate

     

    • Should response immediately to the Remedy mail and rectify the issue and close the tickets ASAP

     

     

     

    Board Operations

     

    • Handling calls from both PSTN and V-NET phones system

     

    • Call transferring for both clients as well as vendor sides as per their request

     

    • Handling mails for call requests from the associates

     

    • Connecting all sort of calls( Internal,Local,STD,ISD)

     

    • Following a two party call transferring facility

     

    • Handling internal and ISD Calls for the clients.

     

    • Conferencing multiple ISD numbers and internal phone connections

     

    • Mails are addressed and replied based on the requirements of the clients

     

    • Daily report is sent by calculating the total calls per day 6AM TO 6PM Process

     

    • Call category also includes Incoming, calls from PSTN to STD, ISD& and V-net calls per day

     

    • Scanning the ID card Photos and official documents

    • Handling the Petty Cash amount and details

     

    • Verifying the Diesel Stock accounts report

     

    • Verifying the Food and Beverages Accounts details

     

    • Building facility accounts details

     

    • Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry  Maintenance Accounts details

     

    • Handling  the Stationery bill details

     

    • Handling  Blue dart Courier bills details

     

    • Handling the Telephone bills details

     

    • Housekeeping materials bills details
